Mobile Recharge AE provides an online platform for recharging prepaid mobile phones and purchasing mobile data packages from various mobile operators in the United Arab Emirates. We act as an intermediary between users and mobile operators.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Update your information promptly if there are any changes
  • Protect your account password and restrict access to your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment and Recharge Transactions

When you initiate a mobile recharge or purchase a data package through our service:

  • You agree to pay the specified amount for the selected service plus any applicable fees
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
  • You acknowledge that recharge transactions are typically processed immediately and are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for verifying that the mobile number and other information provided are correct before confirming a transaction

5. Service Availability and Delays

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that our service will be available at all times. Recharge transactions may sometimes be delayed due to technical issues, network problems, or issues with mobile operators. We are not responsible for any losses or inconveniences resulting from such delays.

6. Fees and Charges

We may charge service fees in addition to the recharge amount. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a transaction. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time with appropriate notice.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of mobile recharge services, most transactions are non-refundable once processed. In case of failed transactions where your account was charged but the recharge was not completed, we will:

  • Investigate the issue within 48 hours
  • Provide a refund or reprocess the transaction if the failure is confirmed
  • Require you to provide transaction details and proof of payment for any refund request

8. Prohibited Activities

When using our service, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to manipulate or bypass our security measures
  • Use automated systems to access or use the service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or personal information

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mobile Recharge AE website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mobile Recharge AE or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Recharge AE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use of our service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Recharge AE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms of Service.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
